  • Maintain your pet health timeline and records
  • Process subscription payments through Apple In-App Purchase or Stripe
  • Generate shared links when you choose to share records with others
  • Improve and maintain our service

3. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored securely on encrypted servers. Uploaded documents and health records are associated with your account and are not accessible to other users unless you explicitly create a shared link.

4. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services:

  • Anthropic (Claude AI) — to power health chat conversations
  • ElevenLabs — for voice persona text-to-speech
  • Stripe — for web payment processing
  • Apple — for iOS in-app purchase processing
  • Cloudinary — for document and image storage

These services may process your data according to their own privacy policies.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. Your pet health data is only shared when you explicitly create a shared link to send records to a veterinarian, groomer, or other recipient of your choosing.

6. Data Retention and Deletion

Your data is retained as long as your account is active. You can delete individual timeline entries and records within the app. To request complete account deletion, contact us at support@healyourhound.com.

7. Children's Privacy

Heal Your Hound is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
